1. Responsibility system

Chief Administrative Officer	CEO	・Ultimate responsibility for the operation and management of public research funds. ・Chief executive officer in charge of improving research ethics and preventing misconduct.
General manager	CTO	・Substantial supervision of the operation and management of public research funds. ・Establishment of an investigation committee and publication of investigation results, etc.
Compliance Promotion Manager	CFO	・Implementation of training and education on research ethics.・Implementation of anti-fraud measures.

2. Information transmission system, etc.

① The Fraud Prevention Promotion Committee is the department in charge of promoting the fraud prevention plan for the entire company.

② The Anti-Corruption Promotion Committee shall serve as a point of contact for consultations and reports (accusations) regarding rules, etc. regarding the use of competitive funds from inside and outside the Company.

③ In the event of a report (accusation) of fraud, the Anti-Fraud Promotion Committee must immediately communicate it to the Chief Executive Officer.

④ The compliance promotion manager shall serve as a point of contact for receiving consultations on administrative procedures from inside and outside the Company.
